Dome Calf Stretch

  • Half Dome
  • Rolled towel/yoga mat

Position Options:
  • Standing

How to do it:

  1. Stand with foot hip width, with ball of one foot on block or dome.
  2. Move weight back into heel, maintaining alignment.
  3. Walk opposite foot forward only as far as alignment allows.
  4. Relax and let calf release. Hold for 60 seconds.
