Position Options:
  • Standing

How to do it:

  1. Bend forward at your waist with your back flat holding weight with each hand, with arms straight and palms facing in.
  2. Lift the weight up to the sides of your chest with your elbows traveling back.
  3. Lower the weight back to a straight arm position, keeping your spine neutral throughout.
